Psychology will provide you with an overview of the field of psychology.  This course will familiarize you with the basic terms and theories related to psychology.  Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes.  This will involve both animal and human behaviors.  Studying psychology will help you gain a better understanding of human behavior and why we think,feel, and do the things we do.

  • Tests/Quizzes 50%
  • Homework 25%
  • Classwork 25%
 Supplies:  
  • Notebook or 1" Binder
  • Blue or Black pens only
  • #2 pencils
Classroom Rules:
  • Students are expected to be on time and in the proper school uniform.
  • Please be respectful of others.Watch your language,no profanity.
  • Talk only when you raise your hand and are recognized by the teacher.
  • No food or drinks allowed in the classroom.
  • All electronic devices will be off and out of sight.
Expectations: Students are expected to come to class prepared to learn.  Taking notes during lectures, films, and reading are a must.  All students will be given a book to take home and to keep home.  A class set of books will be for class work.  All objectives and warm-ups will be hept in your notebook unless I collect them.  Have your notebook ready for inspection at all time.
